About the event
The New Zealand Adaptive MTB Festival is a gathering for the adaptive MTB community. Held in the stunning Whakarewarewa Forest, Rotorua, this weekend-long event brings together riders of all levels to connect, learn, ride, and celebrate.
From first-timers to experienced athletes, everyone is welcome.
The festival features a mix of experiences including a Give It a Go day for beginner riders to try a variety of equipment under the redwood forest on Saturday 15. For experienced riders (with their own equipment) come and be a part of our Sunday event with group rides, coaching sessions, and fun race in the afternoon.
On Saturday night, 5pm - 9pm, come to our social event at the Good Eastern, a chance to meet other outdoor enthusiasts, adaptive riders to shoot the breeze and help build our community of adaptive riders to advocate, encourage and share. You can still register your free ticket for this below.
Organised by #AdaptMTB, this event is all about breaking barriers, sharing knowledge, and building a strong, inclusive adaptive mountain biking culture in Aotearoa.
Come be part of the movement—try new gear, push your limits, and have an unforgettable time on some of the best adaptive-friendly trails in the country.
We have now closed registration for the festival
