This option allows riders to exit the loop earlier, providing a more manageable distance while still experiencing the diverse terrain and features of the trail. The main Outhouse Loop starts in a forested area, transitioning into a recently logged section with some steep gradients reaching up to 20%. Riders navigate through climbs, descents, and switchbacks before returning to the forest and exiting onto the gravel road. The early exit offers a shorter route for those seeking a moderate challenge without completing the entire loop.
